Background
Bossof is a modern on-demand cleaning platform built to make life easier for busy people and businesses. Through the app, users can book trusted cleaners for homes, offices, stores, events, and even warehouses all in a few taps. The platform removes the stress of searching, negotiating, or managing schedules by creating a fast, reliable, and seamless way to keep any space clean.
Bossof was created to bridge a real gap in the cleaning service market: most platforms are either too broad, too limited, or too inconsistent. Bossof focuses purely on delivering dependable cleaning experiences across different environments while staying simple, accessible, and easy to use for everyone.
Core problem
To design a brand identity and intuitive app interface that makes booking and managing cleaning services effortless for homeowners, businesses, facility managers, and busy professionals — all while maintaining trust, clarity, and reliability at every touchpoint.
Design Process
The goal was to transform cleaning from a stressful chore into a smooth, friction-free experience. To do this, We studied how people book cleaners today, explored major service platforms, analyzed marketplace pain points, and reviewed trends across home-service, office care, and ondemand service apps.
From this research, Ann-Marie designed an interface that keeps everything simple: quick booking, clear service categories, transparent pricing, and real-time progress tracking. Every screen focuses on clarity, speed, and trust so users always know what’s happening and when.
For the brand identity, I created a visual language that feels clean, confident, and welcoming a mix of modern minimalism and friendly personality. The UX flows were built to reduce friction, while motion elements and micro-interactions were added to bring warmth and smoothness to the experience.
Results and Impact
The final product is a streamlined, user-friendly app that makes booking cleaners effortless. Bossof simplifies how people care for their spaces and ensures every user from homeowners to managers feels supported, informed, and in control. The outcome is a brand and product that turns everyday cleaning into something simple, smart, and stress-free.
